BILL Spiral Mixers are designed to be used by qualified people in the bakery production. The particular shapes and speeds of the spirals and bowls allow you to have in a short period of time, very smooth dough, even when small quantities of water are used. Our spiral mixers are able to work with small quantities of flour (for instance, the mixer of 120 Kgs /264 pounds. of flour may work with 5 Kgs/11 pounds. of flour).
It also has a very simple control panel, easy to work with. You may choose between the automatic or manual mode, each mode come with two speeds.
The microcomputer controls saves your time by running on a process of higher speed and slower speed that you can set before working cycle.
The new material heavy duty ABS is used on BILL's spiral mixer as cover in 2007. It can reduce pollution on mixer and make machine more beautiful.
